They delayed the pickup date twice and we were in Florida by the time they arrived sept 15. Our stuff went to Ohio and sat there for a month. The customer service people except one (Anthony)were sarcastic and rude. We reached out to them multiple times and finally got our stuff today October 11. Terrible company to deal with. They also increased our estimate 3 times.
