The crew was ready when they got there.

Read More Dishonest and predatorial. Nicole, our initial contact was full of promises and assurances that where not true. She assured us that the items will be delivered between the 18th and 19th of December, that we would not be charged with a long haul because its 50ft from the building, and she will be our readily available point of contact. The company asked us to move up our pick up date so we stayed up the night before packing and they did not show up until the following date. The night they showed up it was a subcontracted company called First class movers and unexpected charges where added to the bill. Nicole conveniently becomes unavailable and does not respond to messages. The customer service line does not help and we feel pressured to sign the new contract as the movers where there waiting for a while. We flew to Tenneessee to be present when the movers show up but movers will not show up within the timeframe promised or even close so we will not be able to be present. Solutions offered include paying more money and delaying the shipment even more. Management does not take accountability for lies or even care. Do not recommend this company. I should have rented a uhaul and done the move myself because it would have been easier and cheaper.
