Read More I’m so glad I went through Hercules Moving Solutions instead of trying to deal with companies one by one. They already had the connections, so I didn’t waste hours shopping around. Everything from packing to delivery was handled well, and it gave me a sense of confidence knowing a broker was managing the moving team from start to finish.

Read More Do not use Hercules Moving for any sort of move. They are rude, condescending, misleading, and liars. From the time we spoke with the salesperson, to the actual move, we were told so many different stories, I could have written a novel. The salesperson said he would be with us on the entire journey, but once he had our money, he disappeared. Each step of the process had a different representative and they didn’t know what was said by any of the other people we spoke with. There contract is misleading in the count of items you need moved and the two-day window is ridiculous. I’m not sure how anyone can plan a move not knowing which day they are moving. There are real estate contracts that need to be abided by and they could care less. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The movers handled it as if it were nothing. They were quick, polite, and didn't bang into any doorframes, which I was really expecting. Even helped me angle a bookshelf into place when we got there. Super easygoing team.
