Read More How would you feel if you moved into a brand new $2mil home and the movers damaged the stairs from recklessly using a dolly and smashing the stairs? That's what happened to me. $3100 claim submitted and they offered me $350. This was the second time I used Good Greek and I am embarrassed at how poorly they treated me. They did the damage - not me. Their crew acknowledged it when it happened. Spiro - I hope you read this because I asked to leave you a voicemail and was told I could not. If I could leave a zero rating I would.

Read More I was very optimistic & hopeful about our move! I have moved 12 times in my life, so Im kind of an expert. As a first responder i went with Good Greek as “Spiro” pushes that angle! That being said, it was a horrible experience! The workers were very slow as customers get charged by the hour. They attempted to overcharge me for items that were never purchased. Total scam! They damaged walls, furniture & glass where a claim is going to be processed. I will update all of you once a response from Good Greek has been made!

Read More We had a great experience with Good Greek! We would highly recommend their services. The costumer service was always well received with all my specific questions and requests. Our movers Junior and Darwin were excellent. They handled all of our boxes and items with care and delivered everything with attention and patience. For a long distance move, I was put at ease with updates and estimated time of arrival to our final destination.

Read More Andrew, Josh, and Desmond moved me today it was the best moving service I have ever had! They went above and beyond made sure everything was packed carefully and brought into the apartment carefully. I would 100% recommend all 3 of them and would use them again for a future move through Greek movers. Awesome job!

Read More They held my stuff hostage unless they received payment in full prior to delivery. I regret having recently used Good Greek Moving and storage. I paid the deposit and when I was driving on the road to my new residence, I got a text message saying that I needed to pay for the move in full or else my belongings would not be delivered. I have top credit and I was taken by total surprise while en-route to my new residence. I had no recourse so of course I paid but I thought I should have been informed that payment was required in full prior to the delivery. On top of that, some of my furniture was banged up and a box never arrived. I would not recommend this company.

Not to mention, their actions allowed any person to enter the building! How unprofessional and disrespectful! Shame on Good Greek!

The response was prompt, the estimate was accurate, and the team that supported our move was fantastic.

Even though the movers were good, I recommend to stay away from Good Greek due to their billing practices. They assigned the start time and finish time incorrectly, produ ... Read More Even though the movers were good, I recommend to stay away from Good Greek due to their billing practices. They assigned the start time and finish time incorrectly, producing an additional $200 charge. Upon arrival to my new building, Good Greek Zelle account wouldn't receive my payment, even though I tried several times while having Good Greek on the phone. Because payment is required before unloading, Good Greek put on hold the job for an hour while their Zelle kept not working, and they charged me for that time ($160). At the end, I had to pay with credit card, and Good Greek charged me for the credit card fee as well ($93). I tried to have refunded these charges, which are 10% of my total bill, Good Greek wouldn't do it. I cannot say they care about the customer, dissapointing!
