Read More This place is something else. When you book they seem so helpful and make it seem like it will be a seamless process and make it appear that they themselves are doing the moving. The exact opposite, when the movers(some contracted company ) it’s all about up charges and very shady stuff. You can no longer get ahold of “Good friends” and deal with people calling from various numbers and never even say who they are with other than “ the moving company”. So many issues to mention. Sounds like they are in a house rather than at a real business . Basically we told the movers to leave after they sat there for 3+ hrs doing nothing as we awaited a call from whoever was to take the next partial payment. In the end they try to get u to sign the “bill Of landing” as soon as they arrive so you are locked in. Thankfully we didn’t sign that as the shadiness was clear. We will be disputing with our bank to get the deposit back. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Prior to pick up date we got calls from 3 different numbers saying they were the moving company to confirm arrival time. The first date was changed due to “truck issues” then the time frame was changed at least 4 times and in one instance we got a call from one number confirming a window of time and then 5 min later another number called and tried to confirm a different time. The two callers didn’t even know about each other . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY is the bottom line .

Read More They scar you with a lowball quote and purposefully leave items off your quote that you have told them to keep costs low. They then proceed to jump your quote up days before your move when you don’t have time to back out or cancel with them. They then proceed to add every single item they left off and have you sign a new contract or trash items you don’t want to pay to move. They also work with completely different company to move your items called PRIME MOVERS. So the team you’ve spoken to prior to your move are now nowhere to be found and you are talking to completely new people throughout the move. Signing yet another contract with a separate company. Not once did they reach out to me, I was always chasing them to find out an update on my delivery. It took them 1 month to deliver my items to Georgia from California because of truck problems and driver problems. My 42” television and my Carrara marble coffee table arrived broken in addition to other smaller pots and items. It has taken me 6 months to end my transaction with these people and right when I thought they were going to do the right thing and replace my television they broke, they did not. Simply because I would not sign their no disclosure form. I refused to stay quiet about this horrible experience. From poor customer service to poor handling and misleading sales tactics — I can safely say you will be better off using ANY other moving company. I hope to prevent anyone else from going through what I went through. Learn from my mistakes!

I got quotes from a lot of companies first and they were the most affordable out of the reputable companies. Don't be fooled by the cheap/bad/scam companies! 10/10
