Read More Because we are working with a company, we would also like to know where our boxes will be stored. From our initial estimate meeting with James through the day of packing and moving, we were treated with prompt and courteous service at every turn, and all of our questions and concerns were addressed.

Very Disappointing. They were nice guys but filled boxes only 1/2 way because they said boxes were too heavy. Movers are supposed to move heavy boxes. Had to hire more ... Read More Very Disappointing. They were nice guys but filled boxes only 1/2 way because they said boxes were too heavy. Movers are supposed to move heavy boxes. Had to hire more movers after an expensive move with them and pay more because they only moved 1/2 of everything. They were friendly but didn't complete the job.

DUMBO MOVERS IS THE WORST MOVING COMPANY IVE EVER USED!!!!! This was the worst moving experience I've ever had. As they were moving the items they left the truck as well ... Read More DUMBO MOVERS IS THE WORST MOVING COMPANY IVE EVER USED!!!!! This was the worst moving experience I've ever had. As they were moving the items they left the truck as well as all of my boxes unattended on the street. They didn't use any moving blankets or wrap any items. The next morning they come to drop it off and management calls me telling me they've been there since 7am when I clearly stated I was not able to get into the building until 9am. They finished the move and at the end I went to tip them (less than I had originally planned because of the service I received) and was told I need to tip 20% of the service. When I told them I did not think the service was worthy of 20% they refused to leave until I gave them more money. I did not feel safe.
