Read More They were absolutely fantastic to work with. Two movers, Shannon and Sammy, came to my new home to help with the moving and assembly. Their speed and care were commendable. I hired them for two hours, and they finished the job and then some.

Read More I’m very surprised to see all the negative reviews here, because my experience with this company was so great. I was originally planning to do this myself with a friend and a UHaul, but I shopped around with diff movers and went with Dumbo bc they gave me the cheapest quote. I believe the rep that gave me the quote was Alex, and I had George and another guy do the move. They were very communicative, very nice, and most of all So efficient. They arrived around 845 (window was from 7-9am) and I was moving from a 2bed in a 3rd floor walkup to a temp storage unit 3 hours upstate. I had packed smaller things in boxes already, but they had the ~12 boxes and all my furniture (including a bed that had to be disassembled) packed in the van in a little over an hour. They were meeting my mom at the storage unit and they were very communicative throughout the entire process. Nothing was damaged, everything was packed neatly in the storage unit. I will seriously recommend to anyone needing to move in nyc!

Read More My husband and I have had our fair share of moving experiences but Dumbo Movers really delivered. They were beyond communicative and transparent, letting us know exactly where our stuff was and when it would arrive. We moved from NYC to Missouri and we felt beyond grateful to be working with them. They were trustworthy and again very accommodating and transparent. The movers, Vlad and Arthur were also a dream team. They were super fast and efficient. I’m also pregnant and my Husband and I wanted to help them to make the process easier. They reassured us they would handle it and were also so grateful that we were willing to help. Moving is tough and in many cases a real life nightmare. Thank you Dumbo for making this process so easy!!! We will recommend you guys to everyone we know!!

They simply went above and beyond for me! Got my delivery at the drop off location within less than 48 hours!!! Very helpful, very respectful, and very professional!!! Prices are excellent honestly, you will not find another moving company that is so professional and inexpensive like Dumbo Moving! I will definitely utilize Dumbo again in the future.
