Read More I just wanted you to know how much I value your Saturday choice. Everything went according to plan. Sending these movers was the correct choice. They were the most helpful movers I have ever experienced in all my year of relocating.

Read More Truck #153 - Mover Davit was friendly and they all worked well and quickly. I had to move twice because of a lot of things. The second group was hard working as well as the first group. This is my second time using Dumbo and I was basically pleased with their service.

Read More As a moving company Dumbo Moving is the best! They have great employees who are friendly and knowledgeable. You have the option to have them bring you all the packing materials you need and also have them help you pack. I've used the company for multiple moves, and there has never been any damage to my items. I also used their storage facility in NJ. It is decently priced. However, it is not temperature controlled and in a wearhouse that is not the most secure. If you're looking to store your not so precious items at a good price, then this is the place.

Read More I used Dumbo for a move from Long Island to Florida. They came in at a very competitive price when I showed them what other movers were charging. They came and wrapped all my furniture, moved all my boxes, and even went to my storage unit to load the truck. They also rectified any issues along the way. The truck was too heavy on the highway so they moved some furniture to a second truck and had the rest of the items delivered for no extra charge. Of all of our items, nothing was damaged, only a stepstool was lost which they refunded me the full cost (more then what the moving insurance would cover). Our sales rep Jay was very attentive and helpful. I also want to give a shoot out to our moving team Youba. He and his team did a great job and got our items from NY to FL in 3 days!

They took extra precautions with my delicate items, using specialized packing materials like formic sheets, bubble wraps, padded boxes and furniture straps. It's well worth every penny.

Never again! Despite my bank’s message that “we withdrew money from your account to pay your bill”, a Dumbo employee yelled at me over the phone saying that was not ... Read More Never again! Despite my bank’s message that “we withdrew money from your account to pay your bill”, a Dumbo employee yelled at me over the phone saying that was not true. I ended up having to pay twice, though I will take steps to reverse one of the charges. Not sure I’ve ever seen such unprofessional behavior from a business. Avoid!
