team were very friendly and efficient. They got the job done in no time either not a scratch of damage to the furniture or the apartment. I’d highly recommend them, and will be using them again for my next move.
When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.
Fernando and Nestor are the most amazing movers. I’ve ever experienced good quality work and be patient with us although we received some items that were not well. I’ve used Cross Country Movers twice - once for a personal move and recently for an office move and had positive experiences both times. For this most recent move, they showed-up on time and handled our office furniture and marketing materials with care. The crew chief Rob did such a good job packing our storage unit that we were able to cancel the order for a second one. Very happy with their work.
Bogdan and Andrei were fantastic! They were on time, very professional and friendly, and packed everything very carefully. When they moved all of my furniture they made sure each piece was exactly where I wanted it. They also made sure all of my furniture was put back together exactly the way it was before. Would 100% recommend them!
Forest was super helpful in providing a quote and assisting in the scheduling of our move. Provided additional details which were helpful. Our crews both days were great! They were friendly and efficient, helpful too. Company was even able to store all our stuff for a couple days as well.
What a great experience with this company. I moved so many time in my life but this was the best experience I ever had. The way they take care of your items it’s amazing. Professionally wrapping do you get no damages. Crew were great very efficient, they worked non stop and I really appreciate them. My sister will be using them also for her move to Florida. I recently moved from a small two-bedroom rental into a newly built townhouse. The amount of stuff I had was honestly more than I expected, but the movers didn't seem fazed at all. They worked steadily, handled everything carefully, and kept a great attitude. Nothing got scratched or misplaced. It was such a relief to have a crew that knew exactly what they were doing.
They assisted me in packing fragile items I was unsure of how to pack and helped me safely and securely move my furniture. I will definitely book top notch if I ever need moving services. They are truly Top notch!
