Their quote was significantly lower than what I ended up paying. In addition, they billed me for the extra time as the transfer took significantly longer than expected. In addition, they scuffed my wooden floors.

They were in touch often in the days and weeks leading up to my move; and on the day of, even given a slight timing delay, they made up for it by bringing an extra team member to help the process go quicker. Everything was handled professionally, and their pricing is excellent. I would absolutely recommend Cross Country Movers .
I had a studio apartment with narrow hallways, and I was worried my large dresser wouldn’t make it out. The movers calmly measured the doorframe, removed the dresser drawers, and carried it out piece by piece. They reassured me the whole time, saying, “We’ve got this.” At my new place, they reassembled it perfectly.
I recently helped my uncle move into a smaller home, and we had some older furniture and heavy boxes to sort through. Some of the items were really sentimental, like his dining table and old photo albums. The movers took their time and made sure everything was packed carefully. They didn’t rush us, even when things got a little disorganized. It felt like they actually respected the situation.
TJ did an ANAZING job moving us from Florida to Ohio. He was very personable, courteous, efficient, and helpful. He delivered our belongings just when he said he would. He maintained communication throughout the whole process. His team disassembled and reassembled furniture, and took excellent care of our items. It would have taken me a week and a bunch of unhappy relatives fed on cheap pizza to do what these guys did a few hours. Very efficient and professional. Much better than what I've experienced from other 5 star companies. Worth every penny.
I recently used Cross Country Movers to relocate from my temporary third-floor apartment to my newly renovated home. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The Sunshine moving staff maintained constant communication to ensure we were well-prepared.
They do not properly take care of your items. Most of your stuff will be broken, stolen, or just downright filthy. Please go use someone else if you actually want to get your stuff as is. Then when you try to get a claim for your items they give you the run around. They subcontract out so there’s no communication or any accountability.
I had some unexpected delays with my lease, and Cross Country Movers was flexible enough to adjust the timing. The movers showed up early, helped wrap a few last-minute items, and didn't rush even when I was clearly stressed. They helped get my bed and couch into a tight space without forcing anything. I felt supported during the whole process, which really mattered that day.
