Just Horrible
I used this company last year to move me to Texas. They showed up late destroyed my stuff they took money from me for cheap boxes and now they said a year later I would get a 62.00 refund my purse cost more than that. And per Mrs M my money would beHere by the 19 well it’s the 24 still no refund. I am going to complain toDOT This is a horrible company don’t use them

would highly recommend this crew.
Just had Edwin and crew conduct a move for me, and I couldn’t be happier. This was my first experience hiring movers and they did a great job. They hustled and took great care of my belongings. I would highly recommend this crew.

These people suck!!
Literally the WORST moving experience of my life! I moved from RI to FL. I was given an estimate then the day of the move I was told by the movers that the cost would be THOUSANDS more than quoted!!!! I didn't know what to do, they already had my stuff on the truck, our families flight to FL was about to leave, my lease was up on my apt so we had no where to go. I also needed to start my new job in 2 days. The movers for my car had already taken it. We didn;t know what to do. They said they were gonna dump our stuff on the street if we didnt pay. They knew they had control. We felt as if we had no choice. Then it took weeks and weeks to get our stuff and some things arrived broken! After many phone calls nothing was solved. This company is the WORST. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Poor estimate and poor communication
My rugs were rolled up without any protection, and now they have weird creases and some grease stains. I’m not sure if they dragged them through the street, but it sure looks like it.

From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient. They handled everything with great care. They were polite, hardworking, and clearly knew what they were doing, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Following the conclusion of a rather disastrous roommate situation, which ended in me finding out that my roommate, who held the lease, had been pocketing my portion of the rent which I had been paying him, and not paying the landlird, I had approximately two weeks to pack up all my belongings, move them into storage, and move in with a very good friend of mine, before the NYC Marshall evicted us. Once I completed my packing, I contacted Cross Country Moversmade arrangement with them to move & store my belongings, and within a day or two, they were there & all of this was accomplished. During the time that my belongings were in storage, Divine was very understanding and compassionate of my situation and, when the time came for me to move my belongings out of storage and into the new home, where I am still living, Divine Moving and Storage was very easy to work with in setting up a day & time and made this final step in the process very easy and seamless. I wholeheartedly recommend Divine to any one looking for a moving or storage company.

Great Customers Services!
This move felt easier because Cross Country Movers experts took the lead on small details. They had furniture blankets, tools for disassembly, and extra shrink wrap for our glass table. I didn’t lift a finger once they arrived, and they constantly checked in before taping or wrapping anything. I couldn’t have asked for anything else!

very smoothly and tension-free
I had a studio apartment with narrow hallways, and I was worried my large dresser wouldn’t make it out. The movers calmly measured the doorframe, removed the dresser drawers, and carried it out piece by piece. They reassured me the whole time, saying, “We’ve got this.” At my new place, they reassembled it perfectly.
