Moving amid a heat wave made me nervous about the weather. The crew kept everything going well even though they worked in shifts and brought water bottles.
It was effortless, showed up on time - and was so great to work with. For the massive stuff we have accumulated in midtown - they packed up our midtown 2 bedroom apartment into their truck and was so efficient.
They were even faster than what was quoted. They worked efficiently and with care of all my items. All three of them were lovely and worth every penny. If I ever move again I will definitely use this company. Cannot recommend them enough and so happy I chose Cross Country Movers over any other moving company.
We have used them several times and they have the best and most polite staff around. The movers were quick and efficient and did a great job. They were top class from start to finish. I used this company last year to move me to Texas. They showed up late destroyed my stuff they took money from me for cheap boxes and now they said a year later I would get a 62.00 refund my purse cost more than that. And per Mrs M my money would beHere by the 19 well it’s the 24 still no refund. I am going to complain toDOT This is a horrible company don’t use them
crew helps us move an extremely delicate and expensive piece of artwork. Their determination, persistence, professionalism, and delicate touch made it so that the project could be completed. I will be using them again for their services.
I had a studio apartment with narrow hallways, and I was worried my large dresser wouldn’t make it out. The movers calmly measured the doorframe, removed the dresser drawers, and carried it out piece by piece. They reassured me the whole time, saying, “We’ve got this.” At my new place, they reassembled it perfectly.
There are a few companies using this name. The company with the PA address is the SCAM company. They quote you very low and when they have all your possessions held hostage, they triple your price. I'm talking several thousands. Then they promise a 2 day delivery and when you show up at your empty house, they are nowhere to be found. They stop answering the phone and send you an email that says they have 21 days to make delivery. Meanwhile I'm in an empty house after spending much money on motel rooms. I had to buy a mattress, pillows, blankets, kitchen essentials, clothes, toiletries, a TV to keep from losing my mind while everything I own is MIA. Please heed the reviews. This is a complete scam company.
They worked efficiently but made sure everything was packaged and wrapped securely to avoid damage. The move was quick and painless thanks to their hard work! Would definitely recommend this moving company to anyone looking to relocate.
