They meticulously padded and wrapped each and every piece of furniture they loaded. I was also extremely impressed with how they took the time to cover and protect the floors and walls at both locations of our move. I’d highly recommend Cross Country Movers if you’re looking for a moving company!
Everyone was very careful with every item, from the biggest piece of furniture to the tiniest parcel. Their calm and collected attitude put me at ease all day long.
On top of being fast, they were also really friendly, kind, and professional the whole time. Honestly, it was the smoothest and easiest move-in I’ve ever had. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a move that’s stress-free and efficient.
They were careful with my belongings, and we had some nice chats, while they were setting up everything for me. They even liked the playlist I had playing for them😝. The movers showed up on time & I was Informed exactly what they would be doing. They were very easy to work with. Anything they packed I’m very confident that it will not be damaged. Very polite & professional. My estimate had no surprises & I would highly recommend them. Excellent job!
They moved fast, they were careful, and very courteous. Furthermore, when we opened the boxes that had been stored for two years we found no damage. The original crew from two years ago packed everything very well! HIghly recommended!
The elderly folks in my life were getting ready to sell the house they would lived in for over four decades. They paused and reassured my worried mother that everything would be fine when she started to cry. Such understanding is priceless.
Their movers recently helped me move into my new apartment and they did an outstanding job. I needed a lot of assistance (with lifting and packing heavy items) since I was moving alone and the team did not disappoint. They disassembled my bulky furniture and packed it thoroughly with thick cloth and blankets. The delivery was within the quoted time and they even helped me set up the new place. I cannot stop raving about my experience!
I had a studio apartment with narrow hallways, and I was worried my large dresser wouldn’t make it out. The movers calmly measured the doorframe, removed the dresser drawers, and carried it out piece by piece. They reassured me the whole time, saying, “We’ve got this.” At my new place, they reassembled it perfectly.
