The crew was incredibly helpful, went above and beyond and was a pleasure to work with! We were not ready or packed, but they made sure that everything was carefully placed in boxes and did not leave until the job was complete. I would recommend this company for any and all moves!
Hiring this moving company may have been the best decision of the year I’ve made. They removed all the stress from moving and turned it into something enjoyable. I had a lot of heavy furniture, but the crew was so in sync that it didn’t seem like much of a challenge. They even went ahead and checked the truck twice to ensure everything was not left behind. I can’t recommend them enough!
Cross Country Movers got back to me quickly, outlined what to expect, reasonable prices, and we booked with ease. Their movers arrived on time, were professional, and were some of the quickest movers we've had! They climbed stairs and still managed to get us fully moved into our unit in 2 hours! The movers surprised me with how organized they kept my state-to-state relocation. They created a checklist, matched boxes to it, and confirmed delivery piece by piece. Nothing was misplaced, and everything was accounted for immediately.
I had a great experience thanks to the storage manager Marielle. She helped me find an affordable option and even made sure I got the perfect size at the last minute. She was patient, helpful, and really cared about making sure everything worked out. I highly recommend this place because of her excellent customer service.
I recently moved from a small two-bedroom rental into a newly built townhouse. The amount of stuff I had was honestly more than I expected, but the movers didn't seem fazed at all. They worked steadily, handled everything carefully, and kept a great attitude. Nothing got scratched or misplaced. It was such a relief to have a crew that knew exactly what they were doing.
These guys did an amazing job, fast and very careful. Movers found a lost gold and diamond ring and immediately gave it to us, very honest crew. Disassembled and reassembled everything perfectly, and were very accommodating of every little request! No hidden fees and super easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend, especially if you are stressed about moving.
