They carefully disassembled and reassembled my furniture, handled everything with great care, and navigated two flights of stairs without a single complaint. Their positive attitudes and teamwork made what is usually a stressful day feel easy and seamless. They were punctual, respectful of my home and belongings, and worked quickly without ever cutting corners. We have used them several times and they have the best and most polite staff around. The movers were quick and efficient and did a great job. They were top class from start to finish. And pricing was very good compared to other people who try to low ball a quote. They were right on their quote. 5 stars

Poor estimate and poor communication
There are a few companies using this name. The company with the PA address is the SCAM company. They quote you very low and when they have all your possessions held hostage, they triple your price. I'm talking several thousands. Then they promise a 2 day delivery and when you show up at your empty house, they are nowhere to be found. They stop answering the phone and send you an email that says they have 21 days to make delivery. Meanwhile I'm in an empty house after spending much money on motel rooms. I had to buy a mattress, pillows, blankets, kitchen essentials, clothes, toiletries, a TV to keep from losing my mind while everything I own is MIA. Please heed the reviews. This is a complete scam company.

I highly recommend this mover.
Have used Cross Country Movers two times and the move was perfect. Movers were professional, proficient and treated all my belongings with care. I highly recommend this mover.

Would 100% recommend them!
Bogdan and Andrei were fantastic! They were on time, very professional and friendly, and packed everything very carefully. When they moved all of my furniture they made sure each piece was exactly where I wanted it. They also made sure all of my furniture was put back together exactly the way it was before. Would 100% recommend them!

Highly recommended
I just had a fantastic move! The price was reasonable, and not a surprise, the movers, Alfonso and Anderson, were punctual, hard workers, professional, and friendly! I moved from Selah to Olympia, it took 2 days, between my apartment move and my storage unit move, and the experience was a great one. Highly recommended

Useless
When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.

Excellent bargain
Moving amid a heat wave made me nervous about the weather. The crew kept everything going well even though they worked in shifts and brought water bottles.

Overall we had a great experience and would use this service again!
The communication morning of the move was clear and appreciated. The crew arrived around 8:30am and immediately put down floor protection which was appreciated. Joe and John started packing up, which is such a nice service to offer, and everything was handled with care. Once everything was loaded up we then met at the end destination. Again protection was put down and the unloading was efficient. Overall we had a great experience and would use this service again!
