If I could give them zero stars I would. The actual guys who moved the boxes were great, but the company lost five of my boxes, said they would pay me for them if I signed and notarized a form, and then NEVER sent payment. They also gave my number to the guy who brought the truck to my new apartment and he sent me a video of him having sex afterward. If you are moving an apartment DO NOT use this company, they are crooks.

The team arrived right on time, fully prepared with all the necessary equipment—padding, dollies, and even specialized crates for our sensitive office electronics and furniture. They handled everything with care, ensuring no dings or scratches on our desks, chairs, or filing cabinets. What impressed me most was their efficiency; they disassembled and reassembled our modular workstations without a hitch, and they even helped organize the cables for our IT setup to minimize downtime.

Useless
When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.

Super PRECISE and ON TIME!
We had a lot of last-minute details to take care of, and the movers were helpful in making sure everything was in order. They didn’t hesitate to assist us with disassembling furniture, packing fragile items, and moving some things to a different room in our new place. They handled everything with care, communicated clearly throughout the day, and worked efficiently without rushing. If you are looking for a reliable moving company in Phoenix for residential moving, packing services, apartment moves, or long-distance moving, I highly recommend them. It’s hard to find movers who are both professional and genuinely caring, but this team delivered on both. We would absolutely use them again for future moves.

Great service!
The team made my move really stress free. The movers took care of all the larger items, wrapping and packing everything that was not in boxes, and it all came safe which was the main good point for me. I also liked that I could choose the dates for pick up and delivery, so I didn't have to worry about my plans and schedule, I knew exactly when the team and my belongings arrive and they were on time. Great service!

We have used them several times and they have the best and most polite staff around. The movers were quick and efficient and did a great job. They were top class from start to finish. And pricing was very good compared to other people who try to low ball a quote. They were right on their quote. 5 stars
