they were very communicative leading up to the date. I worked with different teams for each move, but overall, they were fast, thorough, and friendly. Thankfully, there were no damages to my belongings or the buildings. I will be calling them if/when I move again and would recommend them.
It was challenging to find movers who worked on weekends, and I could only move on Sundays. These men made the entire procedure seem routine. Absolutely no worries!
Wow! Definitely a 5 ***** moving company. They are on time for the day of your move, which reduces any all stressors that can be related to your planned and busy day. They" re efficient and hard working during your moving process. They come equipped and prepared thoroughly to protect any and all of your items needing any extra care. They were punctual, professional, efficient, and careful. I appreciated their knowledge and experience with different types of California homes, as they knew right away the options to handle situations. Sadly, my couch was too big to fit through the door at the new spot, but not for lack of trying! They took the door off the hinges, investigated pulling it up from the balcony with straps, etc! Alas, when we decided nothing would work, Bogdan gladly took it back downstairs for me and parked it in my parking spot. They were extremely helpful, but also mindful of the time and cost throughout. I sure hope I don't move again anytime soon LOL but when I do, I'm calling Cross Country Movers
Horrible Experience - Avoid This Company! I can't express enough how terrible my experience with Cross Country Movers has been. From the start, the communication was absolutely dreadful. Once they picked up my stuff, I never heard a word from them. No updates, no tracking info, nothing. I had no idea where my belongings were or when they would arrive. The worst part? They completely overcharged me. The initial estimate was way lower than the final bill, and they tacked on extra, unexplained fees that were never mentioned during booking. It felt like they were just taking advantage of me at every turn. And now, even though it's been weeks, my stuff still isn't here! No one is giving me a clear answer or timeline. This company is a complete disaster and I wouldn't trust them with a single item, let alone an entire move. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable moving company. Cross Country Movers is an absolute nightmare. PS: I will write an complain everyday on here so people will know till my stuff come and all my stuff needs to come undamaged and nothing missing Sincerely ANTHONY WATKINS !!!
The team and crew were very efficient, careful and professional. Led by Jesus who was friendly and attentive. Two things I would recommend is that the team bring their own ladders to get up into high shelves and a broom for any cleanup. I had to lend them mine. All in all a great experience and I would highly recommend this company.
