The movers were professional and made sure all the items are placed in the right place and also helped with disassembly and assembly of the large furniture like sofa and bed frame.
The movers arrived to my home in Alabama in time and were very professional. I was called in advance to make me aware of the expected arrival time. The loading process was seamless and all my items were handled with care. Larry, Jeff, and Chris arrived promptly to my home in Kentucky and went straight to work. Asked me where I would like items placed before bringing in large items. I would highly recommend Cross Country Movers. Everything was handled with care.

They were careful with my belongings, and we had some nice chats, while they were setting up everything for me. They even liked the playlist I had playing for them😝. I recently moved from a small two-bedroom rental into a newly built townhouse. The amount of stuff I had was honestly more than I expected, but the movers didn't seem fazed at all. They worked steadily, handled everything carefully, and kept a great attitude. Nothing got scratched or misplaced. It was such a relief to have a crew that knew exactly what they were doing.
TJ did an ANAZING job moving us from Florida to Ohio. He was very personable, courteous, efficient, and helpful. He delivered our belongings just when he said he would. He maintained communication throughout the whole process. His team disassembled and reassembled furniture, and took excellent care of our items. I used this company last year to move me to Texas. They showed up late destroyed my stuff they took money from me for cheap boxes and now they said a year later I would get a 62.00 refund my purse cost more than that. And per Mrs M my money would beHere by the 19 well it’s the 24 still no refund. I am going to complain toDOT This is a horrible company don’t use them

Getting a quote from Cross Country Movers was the fastest and cheapest option. It was helpful when deciding which carriers to look into. The actual move took place two days before the original plan. All of our possessions, including those we brought with us, were present and undamaged. If you're in a hurry but still want to be secure, I recommend utilizing them.
