Read More Robert & his team came in and took care of everything, from packing up my kitchen appliances like my microwave and toaster to loading up my bedroom set like my dresser and nightstand. They even disassembled my bed and reassembled it at my new place, making sure it was sturdy and comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother move.

But after doing some research and seeing all the positive reviews online, I decided to give it a shot. And boy, am I glad I did! The level of disrespect I’ve encountered after I booked this company is devastating! First and foremost I booked for a certain amount and the day before scheduled pick ... Read More The level of disrespect I’ve encountered after I booked this company is devastating! First and foremost I booked for a certain amount and the day before scheduled pick up everything changes and I have to come up with 1000 dollars extra right away and I had to downsize the stuff I was bringing . They pick up the stuff and then keep it for 31 days ! Legally they have 21 business days to hold your items which of course I wasn’t aware of that , I lived in my new place for over a month with no bed I had to buy air mattresses and ( I was extremely scared to spend any money cuz I knew it would be extra fees involved when they finally delivered my stuff ). Then after going over the allowed amount of days they took off only 30 dollars a day that they went over . The day of delivery they charge me another 400 dollars because they can’t fit the truck in my building . This company charges you extra fees and they don’t care about customer service at all!
