When I first talked to BLVD Moving they gave me a very good price and discount because I was in the military. When they came to pick up my stuff that is where all the add ... Read More When I first talked to BLVD Moving they gave me a very good price and discount because I was in the military. When they came to pick up my stuff that is where all the additional charges began. They charged me extra for taking certain items and a "long carry fee." If you are a moving company I don't know why I would have to pay you to carry items. Also, I was told many times that all the trucks were theirs and they didn't use third party. That was not the case at drop off when a third party delivery driver contacted me and I was charged extra because he couldn't get to my house. When I called and talked to BLVD about this the ONLY lady I could reach did not do anything about it and pretty much told me to pound salt. In addition, they are supposed to unpack and put back together all of your items. Upon arrival my wife had to help them unpack and tell them to build everything as they were complaining about it. I would not recommend this moving company to anyone. Terrible experience. I would be embarrassed if I owned this company.

Ricardo was good at explaining things and making sure everything is getting packed securely and has bar code to track. Really liked the way they packed furniture, monitors and TV. Job is done half, Now will wait for the delivery at destination.

Read More I don't recommend this moving service at all, you trust them and when it comes to selling you their service they promise you the best prices and the best delivery time and in my experience it was quite the opposite, they never answer the phones their customer service is a joke they leave you waiting online, rude, they tell you that they will call you later and they never do it, do not waste your time and money with them and hire truly professional people,not clowns
