After selling my condo, I needed to move to a townhouse in another state. The movers packed my furniture tightly with blankets and straps, protecting my dining table's polished surface. Even after hours on the road, everything looked just as it had before. They placed each item exactly where I pointed, making the unpacking process much smoother.
My partner was out of town during the move, and I was handling everything alone. This company’s crew noticed I was overwhelmed and took charge of the logistics – loading by room, confirming delivery order, and even labeling boxes that weren’t marked. It really helped ease the stress and I am grateful beyond measure!

All team members were courteous! They handled everything with professionalism and care to ensure everything went off without a hitch.
Within 30 minutes of the packers and their supervisor arriving I was told that I had much more than was listed and I would be charged an additional $1600. She said this without any evidence of any items that were not listed. This is after going over the list of items three times with the agent, even adding items. Moving is stressful and I am not young. I felt that I was being taken advantage of, moving day, house was sold! I had a melt down and told her that it was not right. She did not charge me and acted like she was doing me a favor, repeating, 'now are you happy'. They were not honest about all of the transfers to other trucks to transport my belonging to storage. When my things finally arrived at my new address, the truck did not even look road worthy and had leaked during the trip, staining furniture. Some of the boxes that arrived no longer had square corners. It was the worse moving experience I have ever encountered and would never recommend them.
The staff performed an excellent job of moving my belongings without scratching or denting anything. Both movers were kind and helpful, which helped the process go smoothly. I appreciate it, Amex Moving & Storage.
