It only took the movers four hours to move me into my cosy one-bedroom flat. Service and workers were the best I've ever seen. Because they were so careful with the packing, I could relax while they moved my 65-inch TV.

Not only were the movers tardy, but they also reeked of cigarette smoke. During their half hour smoke breaks, they lounged in my driveway, and i had to wait. Their lack of urgency and professionalism was shocking. Super frustrating experience!
