The crew sorted the items and packed them so they wouldn't take up too much space. They even helped me decide what could go on top without causing damage. It was organized and quick, and I didn't have to make multiple trips.
It was such a pleasant surprise to have them help me out on the busiest day of the year, and I will always be appreciative of how quickly and smoothly you handled my move.

Moving my 1-bedroom house with a large collection of fragile items was done in 4 hours. The movers were extremely meticulous and friendly.
I was really nervous about my glass table because it's antique. Amex Moving & Storage wrapped it like crazy and it arrived perfect. Super happy with them.
The workers proved that they could load and unload large objects and they did it very well. The packers were able to guarantee a hitch-free relocation and this was A+ service.

The crew, especially Kendry, was thoughtful and helped us decide what to move and how to best arrange it. Everything arrived safely and on schedule. I am extremely pleased.
I cannot speak highly enough of the service that Amex Moving & Storage Movers provides. Our new home has quite steep stairs, yet they managed to get everything in there without a scratch. They completed the job in the allotted time and at a fair price.
Within 30 minutes of the packers and their supervisor arriving I was told that I had much more than was listed and I would be charged an additional $1600. She said this without any evidence of any items that were not listed. This is after going over the list of items three times with the agent, even adding items. Moving is stressful and I am not young. I felt that I was being taken advantage of, moving day, house was sold! I had a melt down and told her that it was not right. She did not charge me and acted like she was doing me a favor, repeating, 'now are you happy'. They were not honest about all of the transfers to other trucks to transport my belonging to storage. When my things finally arrived at my new address, the truck did not even look road worthy and had leaked during the trip, staining furniture. Some of the boxes that arrived no longer had square corners. It was the worse moving experience I have ever encountered and would never recommend them.
The movers were friendly and efficient. They made sure to ask where each item should go in my new home, which saved me a lot of time.
