Read More Picked up June 5th. First delivery date June 8th. It is now June 24th. Called customer service numerous times to get told they would call “dispatch” for an update and call me back. Guess what no call backs. They charged for picture boxes when they already were bubble wrapped and secure in cardboard. I had less than quoted items and they said I used more space than quoted. That’s not possible. I was quoted 60 small moving boxes used only around 35. I sold a queen beds, dresser that was quoted prior to pick up. How in the world did I use more space? Another additional cost added for “extra space” The movers didn’t speak English and had to use text translation to English. Do not use this company.

Read More We had help moving house as we mixed new furniture with vintage items. I was most concerned about my grandmother’s rocking chair and the glass-front bookcase. They made sure all the items were very safe by covering them with plenty of bubble wrap and packing foam. Each object was moved exactly as if it had never been touched.

Read More If I could give Zero I would. Told me my move would be $4700. I honestly did not have much stuff. 572 Sq feet. Company came and the sell the move so another company came. They made $1700 and the new company charged an addition $1700. I didn't have a choice but to pay. I needed to be out do to selling the house. New movers don't show up until 4:30pm and so America Moving and Storage is gone till in the morning. NEVER USE THEM
