They were fast, friendly, and really careful with all of my belongings. Even the largest furniture made it into the new home without a scratch. Read More Hello, My name is Leah Rice. You picked up my household goods on June 23rd under job number [A1811758]. After many email and phone calls, I still have not received delivery, and I have not been given a delivery date, a carrier name, or the location of my items. I have been told many times that it was coming at the end of the week by dispatch. I have called customer service and been hung up on by your customer service mangers. I would advise you listen back on the calls, as I know they are recorded. I too have been recording them on my side, just to make sure we were all on the same page. I have attached those text messages for your reference. I am also attaching all contracts, again as asked. At this point, I’ve already filed a complaint with the FMCSA, Better Business Bureau, and Attorney General, and I will be filing a police report if I don’t receive delivery or proof of location immediately. At this point, my items have been stolen. Can you now provide: 1. The exact location of my items 2. The DOT number and name of the carrier assigned 3. The delivery date and driver contact info I’m documenting this as well as all our calls for our reference if needed for court. Thank you in advance with your assistance in this matter.
