I would give this company 0 stars if I could! We schedule a full service move with them and made sure they wrote into the contract a cancellation date and a full refund!! ... Read More I would give this company 0 stars if I could! We schedule a full service move with them and made sure they wrote into the contract a cancellation date and a full refund!! They gave us 3 weeks. We called at 2weeks and 5 days to cancel because we decided to do it ourselves and they will not give us our refund! The lady that keeps answering the phone says we are not eligible for a refund even though we emailed them the contract they set up with us that says we are! The male we originally booked with is never there and will not answer our calls anymore and I’m pretty sure this female is the only employee!! She said we had to email support to speak to a higher up so we did and they never responded. We called to see if they got the email and she was the one checking the email! We are out almost 2k because of this company. They are a scam. They are a broker company and do not mention that and couldn’t even tell us what company would be coming to move our stuff!!! DO NOT USE!! We have reported them! Pretty sure all these other review are fake as they are all brand new reviews!
