Read More I scheduled moving service from San Jose to Seattle, and they quoted my moving cost will be around $2,300. Then the dramatic things started to happening. They told me in the phone call the moving truck will arrive in the moring around 10:00am - 11:00 am. Few days later, I received the confirmation call says they will send the truck afternoon 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm, when I ask why it's got delay, the caller sounds very impatient, and just want to get my ack response, eventually they came at 4:30 pm ! What is even hilarious is, when they came, they drove a U-hual truck, they don't even have their own moving truck!!! The worst part/nightmare is coming. When they get here to pickup my stuff, they start trying to convince me a higher quote, with their contract paper, they try everything to elevate the quote by excusing the size of dining table, sofa, etc. And gave me the new quote which is almost $7,000. They are absolutely scamer!!!

Read More I scheduled a move from Texas to Oregon in late may, and the experience has been AWFUL. My belongings were picked up on may 31st, by a completely different moving company than AFMS. This was NOT communicated to me, and it is now July 4th and I have STILL not received my items, even though I was told it would delivered after 10-15 days! I cannot get a hold of anyone from the moving company that AFAM sent to pick up my stuff, and it is over a month late with no communication. I spent THOUSANDS of dollars on this move and I am at my wits end.

I was amazed at how quickly they loaded the vehicle while ensuring everything was securely in place. They made moving easy and enjoyable.
