Read More 3rd time using American Dream Relocation and they did a phenomenal job moving us out of state. Staff was kind, courteous, did a great job moving our heavy items and disassembling/reassembling furniture, and even came through helping set up a new refrigerator when the other company delivering wouldn't help move it inside. The process from the in-home survey weeks prior to the move, preparation of the binding estimate, availability and coordinating the move date, and the move itself went as smoothly as possible. Price was more favorable than quotes from other major vendors in the Chicagoland area. The experience and service was completely consistent each of the 3 times we have used them - in fact, they find a way to get better each time. Would absolutely recommend!

Read More I have had a perfect experience with American Dream Relocation . The Customer Service provide the perfect way to communicate with and driver guys and movers was very pleasant. The stuff moved without any damage though more than 4.5k miles move. The very comfortable point that you do not care how many stuff you have to move, all will be calculated after packaging and loaded. Per my research before moving, the price in the lower range by comparing with the other companies. Thank you, American Dream Relocation team!

They were prompt, professional and polite, but what made them stand out to us was their friendly demeanour, helping us with humour through a long and sometimes arduous move, and their willingness to go the extra mile, over and over again. We simply could not have had a better experience. American Dream Relocation was recommended to us by our realtor, who only had wonderful things to say about the company. This suggests they must be doing a lot of things right. Dereck and Greg were a delight and we look forward to working with them again soon.

A special thank you to: Jackie who gave a very accurate estimate of costs, resolved any minor glitches along the way with humour and efficiency and who responded to every request promptly. Moe who loaded and unloaded everything without a mark and with a great attitude. He even sent us progress texts as he moved across the country. He let us know when he was an hour away which was really appreciated. Francine for promptly answering all enquiries, even on the holiday weekend! Lindsey for providing paperwork backup needed for tax purposes within an hour of requesting it! I would highly recommend this company for great value and exceptional service.

Read More We selected Canadian Moving after meeting Francine and finding her very personable and knowledgeable. Our original move was to be within Edmonton. However life throws surprises and we ended up six months later moving across country. American Dream Relocation kept all our worldly goods safe in storage, with us adding to them before the truck left. Francine's partner Eric oversaw our pack and load back in June and kept in touch throughout the final stages. Daryl and Mike delivered and reassembled everything for us over seven hours - they were fantastic. We've moved too many times to count and have encountered mediocre and good; we definitely recommend American Dream Relocation as they are the best. Huge thanks to all.

Providing the contents of my move was so easy with their electronic form and took no time to complete. Estimate was clear and concise. The movers arrived on time, were friendly and very organized, professional and extremely efficient. They handled everything with immense care, asked questions as needed and were fast. Parked the large vehicles well and moved them as needed to accommodate my neighbors and were extremely courteous.

Read More I was quoted a 3,000 move that turned into $6,500. Don't trust what you are initially quoted. The whole thing is very shady. I was first quoted 3,000, then was called to verify inventory and was told that several items I had listed weren't added so they had to re-quote me l, which turned into $4,500. After the movers arrived, they told me I was out of room in the truck and had to pay an extra 2k to load the rest of the stuff that was supposed to be included in the 4,500 quote. It feels like they knew it would cost more but low balled to get me in the door and then kept tacking on fees after. I wasnt notified when my pickup time was supposed to be and then they tried to charge me another $500 or not being available at the time they wanted to show up. This whole ordeal was shady, scammy and unprofessional.

Read More I have moved multiple times over the years because of my career but this is the first time I have had the same guys at pickup and delivery and where my belongings were the only ones in the truck. I knew exactly when they were going to arrive to pack and when they were going to be arriving at the new house to unpack. This was amazing!!! The least stress I’ve ever had with a move. Nothing was lost. nothing was broken😆. And these were 2 of the nicest, most pleasant young men who worked efficiently and were all business and obviously took pride in their work.
