Read More Superb moves from Arkansas to Tennessee. American Dream Relocation did a direct move for my 90+ year old dad, packing up household goods and furniture. Goods were delivered on time (the next day) with no damage/breakage. STRONG RECOMMENDATION TO USE THIS COMPANY! I will use them for any future moves. The two young movers responsible for this move were excellent! Hard workers who packed/loaded/unloaded quickly, safely, and efficiently. They are the glue that made the move go as smoothly as it did.

The crew was very friendly and professional, and they took the time to explain each step of the process so I always knew what was happening. They worked efficiently without cutting corners, and made sure all of my belongings were carefully wrapped and protected for the move. Everything arrived safely and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers

Steve and staff were great helping me with inventory and pricing. Rene, Arturo and Jorge were on time, efficient, careful, kind, and amazing to work with. I'm so grateful and appreciate how much hard work and labor they each commit to. I really can't say enough good things about them. I would definitely recommend both the company and the movers to anyone who is looking to make their move as stress free as possible. I could not have done this without the team. Thanks again!!

Read More Alex and his team were absolutely amazing. From start to finish, they were efficient, friendly, and communicated clearly throughout the entire move. I really appreciated how upfront they were with the estimate and final cost, which is a huge relief during an already stressful time. Customer support was equally excellent—friendly, responsive, and they confirmed my move multiple times, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. One standout moment: they carefully disassembled and reassembled my 1980s bedroom frame with no issues at all. Everything arrived safe and sound at my new home.

Read More Luis and his team Freddy, Kevin, and Alfredo did an amazing job moving us out of our 4 story townhome. They worked quick and efficiently, and there was absolutely no damage to any of our furniture (I was expecting there would be because of how difficult some of the turns are in our townhome). They went above and beyond in helping us move, would highly recommend this group of men specifically. Helped to put down plastic in our new home, as well, since we had just gotten the carpets and floors cleaned. Could not be happier!

American Dream Relocation was the only company to give me a quote with no extra questions or fuss so I booked them. I got the dream team for real! Antonio, Pedro, and Johnathan were Amazing. Such great communication throughout the day, the most professional team I have ever met, and super friendly and easy to get along with. These men WORK hard and fast as not to rip you off or run the clock up. They were always moving and got done in the expected time. They took perfect care of my belongings and everything arrived in perfect condition. Alamo is now my go to for moving forever. Thanks again Antonio, Pedro, and Johnathan for making my move stress free and easy.

Read More If I could give more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat. Arnulfo, Juan, and Frank were amazing and helped me move from Uptown to Oak Park. The communication with Arnulfo was perfect, the whole team was quick and so helpful, and the three of them were incredibly kind people who seemed to care a lot about what they do. I'm not sure I have ever met such committed, hard working people, and I commend them for the good work they do. I would 1000% recommend them to any friends or family seeking movers in the area. If they are reading this, thank you so much for making my move smooth and low-stress! You all are incredible and I hope our paths cross again 💕

They worked steadily without wasting time and kept everything running smoothly from beginning to end. There were no problems at all, and the whole process felt easy and stress-free. I’m really glad for the excellent service and the professionalism they showed throughout the day. Marichelo was the person who spoke to me on the phone was always kind and eager to assist me.

These people are a total scam and are just waiting for you to sign all the legal paperwork to lock you in so once the slightest thing goes wrong you have no recourse. The ... Read More These people are a total scam and are just waiting for you to sign all the legal paperwork to lock you in so once the slightest thing goes wrong you have no recourse. The customer rep I discussed and scheduled my move with was Fred Valitti. Fred and I thoroughly read and reviewed the contracts together. When we came to the part about insurance and protection amount of liability, I very clearly told Fred that this was not enough and I needed more coverage. Fred very clearly told me that I could “get additional insurance from the Foreman on the day of the move.” This turned out to be completely FALSE. I realized this on the day of the move when the movers showed up and told me I could not get more insurance on the day of the move. I was stuck. My items to move were too expensive for the movers to move without insurance, I couldn’t get more insurance, and I couldn’t delay the move. They had me over a barrel. Customer service refused to work with me and kept telling me that I should have read the contract better. I read it. I read it with their representative, Fred. By the way, American Dream records all these calls and has proof of my call with Fred and knows that I am telling the truth about this.Yet they refused to refund me or sell me additional insurance. Consequently I lost my $600 deposit. Also beyond the insurance issue, I had a major issue with them holding their scheduling commitment. While they gave a two day window for the move, once you receive the following text you would think they are locking in and committing to a date and time (NOT SO FAST). “Hello Lee. This is American Dream Relocations calling/texting in regards to your move that is scheduled to be serviced!! YOUR MOVING DAY IS SCHEDULED FOR Wednesday 7/9/2025 . Driver and crew members will be to the pick up destination between the estimated time of 10AM-2PM.” However on Wednesday 7/9/25, NO ONE SHOWED UP OR CALLED during that time window. I started frantically calling the all the phone numbers that they provided, and NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. I finally tracked down the company they brokered the move to and they admitted there was a mistake in scheduling and they wouldn’t be coming on Wednesday but rather the next morning, Thursday. They not only didn’t show up the next morning but never got there until around 1:30 Thursday afternoon! I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY.

Read More These guys were great! I was worried about moving my larger furniture items on a fourth floor walk up, and they did it no problem. Actually, it only took man to move the couch down - seasoned pros. I never would have figured out how to get the larger furniture items through the front door of my new place, so really glad they were there to help.
