Read More I should’ve done research on this company before I hired them and gave them a significant deposit, after reading the horrible reviews I tried to cancel over a month in advance, and they said they would not refund my money, that is red flag number one. When they got to my storage unit, the movers were polite and did a good job, but they told me my price would double from what my original quote was,they indicated that they could take everything off the truck, but at that point, it was too late. Had they told me that my price was going to be double, (after visually looking at my items) and before loading the truck, I would’ve sacrificed my deposit of over $1200 and chaulked it up as a mistake and hired another company. Please do yourself a favor and hire a reputable company. I learned a valuable lesson and hope you don’t repeat the mistake I made.

They way under estimate how much space they a lot you and try to tell you there’s plenty of room for a 3bdrm 2bath house in 883cubic feet. They also will not mention that they have insurance to cover any damages that may happen during the move.

Dishonest from the start. The driver showed up we agreed and signed paperwork. He told me how much I owed him and that the rest would be paid upon delivery. I went to go get cash from the bank because he couldn’t take credit card. When I got back, he had not loaded any of my stuff and told me it was gonna cost an additional $4000 above the contract we just signed. I told him just to load my stuff in the 302 ft.³ I paid for which was a 10 x 5 x 6 space and he refused. Told me he wasn’t loading anything without the money which I refused it escalated and the driver drove away yelling out the window to me and my son’s. . I called the company to let them know what Happened And they refused to return my deposit. Or do anything to remedy the situation.

Read More Robert K is a liar and a salesman, something he professes on multiple occasions not to be. The space which he quoted us, after AN HOUR AND A HALF OF CONVERSATION, was nowhere near enough, which added an extra $1300 to our trip. He explicitly told us on multiple occasions to reach out to him with questions or concerns, but never answered his phone or text messages. The movers were polite, in spite of the increased price and refusing to acknowledge our inventory, but dropped multiple pieces of furniture when moving out. Definitely would NOT recommend.

They agreed on when they will drop off our things and were always very nice about the whole situation...THATS it. What happened to us. First of all, the movers told us and agreed with us on a time to be there (9 a.m.), after calling the driver three times, he finally answered us and told us that he was in the middle of another job...which was 4 hours from my house they were suppose to deliver at. After the drivers said they apologies and blamed dispatch for "the last minute job the HAD to take or else" and then agreed that they will be at my house at 4 p.m. Now fast forward to a dozen phone calls that won't go through to the driver and it being 10 p.m. at night, they called saying they were 10 minutes away and said they just finished RELOADED our stuff to the truck. They showed up an hour later at 11 p.m...now lets talk about this "white glove service". I would NEVER call this white glove service. They left all of our boxes in the garage, the movers complained about moving and setting up our bed set and then was MAD when I did not tip them (I tipped them already very well once they packed the van from the pick up location). ***not posting photos, due to showing location and personal items***

They will not refund deposits with notice like other reputable movers will. Hopefully, they will be shut down by authorities soon.

Lied to from day 1. I was told they don't broker out the move, and it would be them directly making the move- that was a lie. Give them a very accurate breake down of what we were moving and added some just to make sure there weren't surprises for how much it was- ended up being almost 4k more than the estimate. I was told 3 days for it to arrive at the latest 5- they now have no idea when it will arrive because it's not through them. They told me to call if the price changed once it was loaded so they could get it sorted with the driver as far as pricing and get a discount on my behalf, I called them and they very rudely just said it is what it is. They would keep the deposit and there is a charge for offloading. I was told 50% at departure and 50% on arrival. I guess that didn't count the 50% i had already paid to american choice van lines and they wanted 70% once it was packed rather than 50%. Not able to take card unless told they would need a card reader, told them we would need that- they didn't have it available. I have never paid so much to be treated so poorly.
