Read More First thing first: IF YOU ARE IN THE MILITARY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE, THE PRICE IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE Good things first: The three movers we worked with were super friendly and nice. They agreed on when they will drop off our things and were always very nice about the whole situation...THATS it. What happened to us. First of all, the movers told us and agreed with us on a time to be there (9 a.m.), after calling the driver three times, he finally answered us and told us that he was in the middle of another job...which was 4 hours from my house they were suppose to deliver at. After the drivers said they apologies and blamed dispatch for "the last minute job the HAD to take or else" and then agreed that they will be at my house at 4 p.m. Now fast forward to a dozen phone calls that won't go through to the driver and it being 10 p.m. at night, they called saying they were 10 minutes away and said they just finished RELOADED our stuff to the truck. They showed up an hour later at 11 p.m...now lets talk about this "white glove service". I would NEVER call this white glove service. They left all of our boxes in the garage, the movers complained about moving and setting up our bed set and then was MAD when I did not tip them (I tipped them already very well once they packed the van from the pick up location). ***not posting photos, due to showing location and personal items***

They will not refund deposits with notice like other reputable movers will. Hopefully, they will be shut down by authorities soon.

Read More I lost my deposit of $1300.Reason is I was called and we chatted.Well I told Jason a veteran what I wanted moved,quoted me $2500 said it would not change.Then they called before coming said it’s would be $5300.I calll talked to a manager she said don’t worry it will be what we agreed to .When the illegals which could barely speak English said no it’s going to be $7000.Added it can go higher when they get it back to warehouse.I refused there demands.They also wanted my bank information.Run from these liars.There not Vetern owned or run.Griffters

Read More These guys are very rude. Do not listen to the sales people or the supervisors they will scam you out of your deposit and inflate the price once they arrive. If you disagree with the new price they will still keep the deposit and not listen. They told us because we did not agree to the new price (which was double the original price) that we refused their service and therefore are not entitled to get our deposit back. They operate in bad faith and lie to you.

Read More We were so impressed with American Choice Vanlines, no fuss whatsoever and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and considerate and all for an excellent price. They were so cheerful, packed all of our belongings in the van and unloaded everything really quickly with no breakages or issues. Their attention to detail was formidable and they were very helpful in suggesting where we could place our furniture in each room. In the end, they asked us to walk around and check if there was anything in the wrong place which we wanted them to move.
