On the day of the move, the movers were very careful with my home and followed all the rules. They even helped me put together some big pieces of furniture in my new place, which was a huge help.

I was not sure if they will as be good in quality as they are in pricing, but they truly made it! I was surprised to see it happening the way it was happening, point packaging, hard-working crew, rushed to work just instantly, and hats off to their punctuality. The crew was not just hard-working, but also sophisticated and well-mannered not just towards the customers but also with each other. Impressed by American Choice Vanlines and their efficient working skills.

I was told they would deliver my household goods and furniture on a Monday and when they weren't there I started calling and the company never responded. Then on Friday I get a call from the driver that there was an accident and my stuff is a total loss and to file a claim. I tried on numerous occasions to no avail. I NOT recommend this company.

Customer service has been less than helpful, I have contacted them several times with no real solution. I spoke with someone today and my things are still in the state I moved from. They are charging me $1000, and that's just to have my belongings picked up in said state. I will not be receiving my things in my new state of residence. This company is unorganized and incredibly unprofessional. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. USE ANYONE ELSE.
