Very professional and caring.
Adamantine Spine provided a top-quality service from start to finish. As I watched them unload my houseful of furniture and boxes from storage, I was struck by how meticulously they handled each piece, often rewrapping furnishings that had lost or torn wrappings when originally stored. We had a lot of heavy, large things to move, and I was sure they would not be able to fit it all in one truckload, but they did, and every piece made it to our new house in great shape. Loadout was efficient and neatly done. All of our new wood flooring was covered and protected. Near the end we realized that essential hardware (sofa legs, bed bolts, table top connections to a pedestal), were all missing- having been removed by the company that moved us to Wisconsin. Not knowing when or if we would find them in the mass of boxes, I told the crew to go home. When I found a box with all those pieces the next day, I called and crew members and their manager returned, put all the pieces together carefully, and did not charge us for the second day's work. This is clearly a values-based company that cares for the customer and quality work. Many thanks to Josh and his crew: Ben, Jackson, Tristen, and Kayden for a superb job!
