They also did not give me a clear estimate of the cost, and they added some hidden fees at the end. They did a good job of moving my stuff, but they need to improve their customer service.

The 3 of them spent a good amount of time wrapping every piece meticulously with bubble wrap, padding and thick fabric cloth. To top it off, they delivered it earlier than I thought too! Read More Great movers, poor experience. My daughter had breakables in a box that seemed just thrown in the truck. An office desk was damaged beyond repair and they lost some parts rendering my entertainment center worthless. Then their claims process was a joke. Really? I have to print a pdf, fill it out, and send back? I don’t have a printer. An email/fillable form isn’t available? Pretty convenient. Very good individuals doing the lifting, probably underpaid. But I expect better for $2000+.
