Read More When I booked Unlimited Moving, I expected good — but got GREAT! The crew was upbeat and worked together like pros. They wrapped my furniture like it was priceless art. Not a single dent or scratch anywhere. Their timing was perfect too! Definitely the kind of movers worth keeping on speed dial!

Read More Updated: Someone from Unlimited Moving contacted us and they are helping us to sort things out now. I was told that this will take about 1 month and I will keep you all updated. I have changed one star to three stars for now and will update later after we get results. Original post: We are so disappointed by the moving service that Unlimited Moving provided. Please don't use them if you have other choices. During moving, they have broken several furniture and damaged the ceiling/wall of our rental house, and after moving we have noticed missing items such as X-box, high pressure washer, and a big box labeled with "Alexa". However, the worst thing is that this has happened 40 days ago and we have called/emailed them many many times, but no one called us back or did anything to deal with it! Every time after I described what had happened to us, the customer support just told me that someone is going to call me back but it never happened. I have wasted so much time on it and just wanted to share our experience to you, so that you won't feel frustrated/helpless like we do now. If possible, please don't use them.
