I do believe this is done on purpose to allow the actual movers to take on additional charges so they can make some money as well. Not to mention the strange conversation I had with one of the movers. He took me by the side and said” when you tip us don’t give it to the lead guy as he does not share with the rest of us” When I tip you!!!!! Really. I paid 1000.00 more than what I was quoted. If you’re going to use this company make sure you get in writing not to exceed amount. I will not be using them for my next move
