The moving business charged me an additional $500 even though I provided all the dimensions and measured everything with a tape measure because this company failed to provide a price.

Everyone I've ever talked to who has worked for another company or who has heard tales about this one has made fun of it and expressed bewilderment at the things they've heard and the way it's run. Even though it has supposedly been running for over 3 years, it is administered by people who don't seem to care that much about its obvious flaws.

This data was provided to me by the outside company they hired to pick up my belongings. In fact, he claimed that they were underquoting him on purpose. The actual amount I had to pay was four or five times the first estimate. They also did not take any of my belongings or furniture from me and left everything exactly how it was. Not recommended

I only had about 12 pieces of furniture, but some of them were very bulky, like my sleeper sofa. They wrapped the sofa in plastic, so the fabric stayed clean during the transition. The total time was exactly 3 hours, which was perfect for my schedule. I would definitely call them again for my next move.

I liked how they handled my heavy desk and the kitchen appliances without scratching the floors or the walls. The truck they used was clean and had plenty of padding to keep things from sliding around during the drive. I really appreciated the honest communication from the start of the day until the very last box was finally unloaded in my new place.
