West Coast Express Moving – ZERO STARS
This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. If you value your sanity, your money, and your belongings, do not hire West Coast Express Moving or Chiarella Transportation and Relocation Inc. Here’s what happened: • They picked up my mother’s items on May 2, 2025. We didn’t see her belongings again until early September. Four months! • We were originally promised delivery by June 4. Then, after the fact, they claimed they had “30 days from that date” to deliver. Total bait and switch. • They doubled the charges after her things were already on the truck, leaving us no choice but to pay under pressure. • They rarely answered phones or emails, and when they did, they were dismissive, rude, and dishonest. • We caught them in multiple lies about delivery dates. Calls were hung up on, texts ignored, emails never returned. This company operates with zero integrity. They lie, they dodge responsibility, they extort more money mid-move, and they treat customers with absolute disrespect. Save yourself the nightmare—do not use West Coast Express Moving under any circumstances. I wouldn’t trust them to move a single box across the street.

They set the bar for what relocation services should be like!
The service we received from their crew (Yaniel Balzola) was by far the best I've had in more than 10 relocations in the US and overseas. Super efficient, careful and flexible with our requirements. I have never before seen a delivery handled with more care and professionalism. They set the bar for what relocation services should be like!

They will not disappoint.
Once again, they delivered exceptional service. They were prompt, efficient, and took good care of our belongings. The crew was personable, professional, and easy to work with. They made moving a smooth and stress-free process. We have made several referrals to friends and family and will continue to refer new business to this company. We highly recommend their services. These guys removed 100% of the stress
These guys removed 100% of the stress and helped us actually enjoy the moment we arrived at our new house. They arrived on time, took incredibly great care of each and every one of our belongings, took the time to make sure they knew exactly what we wanted, and did the job flawlessly. They were even nice enough to wear shoe coverings on our freshly cleaned carpet. Hire West Coast Express Moving for your move, I promise you will be thankful that you did.

Timely, very efficient
Timely, very efficient, handled my things with utmost care - both loading and unloading. Removed all the tape to make unpacking easier and placed things where they are supposed to go. I think this was the easiest and least exhausting move I ever had!

Move from Ventura to Denver (Worst Moving Company in the USA)
I had a very bad experience with West Coast Express Moving and would strongly caution others before booking with them. My pickup was confirmed for February 23rd between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM by Michael Edwards (Senior Consultant). The moving crew never showed up, and I received no advance notice that they were not coming. After reaching out, their driver Miguel told me he was on another job and would not be able to arrive until February 25th, which completely contradicted the confirmed date I was given. I then spoke with Carlos F., their Relocation Services Specialist, who initially told me he could have a driver “tomorrow.” Shortly after, that changed to “maybe tonight.” The constant shifting of timelines and lack of clear communication made it impossible to trust what they were saying. Because of this situation, I had to scramble to find another moving company at the last minute, which caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult relocation. The biggest issue was the lack of reliability and inconsistent information. If a company cannot honor confirmed pickup times or communicate honestly when there is a problem, it puts customers in a very difficult position. Based on my experience, I would recommend that anyone considering this company to find another moving company

everything was protected, and not a single item was damaged.
On moving day, three movers arrived right on time, each introduced themselves, shook my hand, and got straight to work. No wasted time, no standing around. Just focused, efficient teamwork. They were friendly, easygoing, and clearly knew what they were doing. Furniture was dismantled and reassembled perfectly, everything was protected, and not a single item was damaged.
