Read More I had a very bad experience with West Coast Express Moving and would strongly caution others before booking with them. My pickup was confirmed for February 23rd between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM by Michael Edwards (Senior Consultant). The moving crew never showed up, and I received no advance notice that they were not coming. After reaching out, their driver Miguel told me he was on another job and would not be able to arrive until February 25th, which completely contradicted the confirmed date I was given. I then spoke with Carlos F., their Relocation Services Specialist, who initially told me he could have a driver “tomorrow.” Shortly after, that changed to “maybe tonight.” The constant shifting of timelines and lack of clear communication made it impossible to trust what they were saying. Because of this situation, I had to scramble to find another moving company at the last minute, which caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult relocation. The biggest issue was the lack of reliability and inconsistent information. If a company cannot honor confirmed pickup times or communicate honestly when there is a problem, it puts customers in a very difficult position. Based on my experience, I would recommend that anyone considering this company to find another moving company

Read More Got the ole bait and switch with this company. Salesman Mike assured me every step of the way. Sent him detailed list AND video of every item going, and we even eliminated a bunch after the fact. Got a price that seemed reasonable, until they showed up. Loaded less than half the truck they brought and informed us we had reached our allotted space. Price tripled at that point from 5k to 15k. Was told by salesman how their drivers would be there all the way, only to discover it was to be unloaded into a semi and placed on the message boards for the lowest bidder " we handle all your packing and come with everything" they came with not a single box and then charged us for having to pack.....and drove into town to get boxes. I would have saved money selling it all and using that 15k to start over. What a joke. I will be down rating them everywhere I can and reporting them to bbb. Delivery? Who knows but won't improve this horrible experience. I trusted a supposed "family company". They are about as much family as a pile of stones.

Read More I’ve experienced many moving companies and these guys were by far the best. From professionalism, communication, coordination, efficiency, our crew (led by Russ) was fantastic! We were not present at the delivery location, but they communicated their progress with us, sending us picture and time updates which really gave us peace of mind. Recommend this company hands down!

Read More Pickup day went really well!!! The team showed up right on time, went over the details, and got to work immediately. Dmitry, Vladimir, and Pavel kept a great pace while still being very careful with boxes and furniture. Everything was packed and loaded properly, nothing felt rushed or sloppy. Overall it was an easy, stress-free experience and I’m very happy with how it went!!

They were friendly, easygoing, and clearly knew what they were doing. Furniture was dismantled and reassembled perfectly, everything was protected, and not a single item was damaged.

Moving is never fun, but they made it enjoyable. They were so quick, I was able to set up my place while they were finishing unloading.

Communication before, during, and after the move was amazing as well, it definitely gave me peace of mind. The team was kind, hardworking, organized, and extremely detail-oriented. They made my move feel effortless, and I’m so grateful I chose them. If you need movers you can trust- especially for big moves across state lines, West Coast Express Moving is the company to go with. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for movers!!!

Read More 4 young men from West Coast Express Moving just finished unloading our furniture. They loaded it all this morning and early afternoon and then unloaded it all, being sure to ask where each piece of furniture was to be placed. All 4 were very polite, courteous, and hard working. I would strongly recommend West Coast Express Moving for anyone who wants to save their backs when when moving heavy furniture.

Read More They did my move in less time than my previous movers and this move involved a 2nd and 3rd floor duplex whereas the other was elevator buildings on both sides. They wrapped everything incredibly thoroughly. These guys are really hard workers and I recommend them highly. . Would definitely use them again and can't recommend them enough.
