I had a fantastic experience with Value Added Moving during my move from Tampa to Atlanta. From the initial quote to the final delivery, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The moving crew arrived on time, carefully packed my furniture, and took extra precautions with delicate items. When my belongings arrived, everything was in excellent condition, and the team worked quickly to unload and place items exactly where I wanted them. The pricing was fair, communication was excellent, and the entire move was completed on schedule. I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience and would happily recommend them to friends and family.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Value Added Moving promised my shipment would arrive from Chicago to Miami before my desired date for my wedding and repeatedly assured me there would be no issues. They never disclosed they were a broker and outsourced the move. After days of unanswered calls and misleading updates, I learned my shipment had never left Chicago. I was forced to pay an additional $3,000 to get my wedding décor delivered on time. Misleading sales tactics, poor communication, and terrible customer service. If Google allows a few more characters, I can make it even more detailed. I will be reporting their poor tactics to the BBB. Never again…
I worked with them. They were amazing filling the truck like Tetris and not complaining about the elevator not cooperating or the excessive July heat. The work was so fast and easy. I will definitely be using them again!
