Read More Proceed with this company at own risk. I’m a disabled veteran. I don’t make very much money but when I put in my number for some Moving quotes, this company called me. I had already arranged for a U-Haul because I didn’t think I could afford movers the gentleman on the phone was very friendly and promised me the world, I gave him a very accurate description of what I had and he quoted me a little over 2000 somebody called me the day before I was scheduled to move and quoted me about 2000 more dollars after I had told him I should probably cancel because I can’t afford this! and if it costs more when the movers show up I will have to cancel. the first person on the phone told me I could get my money back because they wouldn’t want a bad Review. Moving day movers showed up said it would cost $10,000! That the broker company did not include the packing of the mirrors, the televisions and other items which were clearly in the quoted sheet! The price for just the stuff they quoted me probably would’ve been around $7000 plus an extra three for extra stuff and they would not be able to move the trailer that I was also told would be moved. When I called, I could not get a hold of anyone because it was Sunday. I had to cancel and of course I called Monday morning to get my money back to hear them say very rudely that I was SOL. Proceed with this company very carefully. I’m so disappointed that I’m literally in contact with the news agency who will probably pick up the story! You guys messed up! I really hope that 2100$ was worth it to you! Because it meant a lot to me and your employees knew it because I expressed it the entire time.

They even helped me pack up my kitchen stuff and neatly wrapped up all my dishes in paper and bubble wrap. They were very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and giving me some tips on how to unpack. I’m so glad I hired them - they made my move so much easier and stress-free.

Since I was getting my apartment remodeled, I wanted long-term storage for a few months for all my furniture and electrical appliances. When I contacted them, I was relieved to know that they would accommodate my request. Before the process actually began, they scheduled a meeting where they showed me the company's storage facilities. I was happy to see that it was clean, climate-controlled, and secure (24/7 camera surveillance). Their movers also packed my valuables accordingly so they'd be thoroughly safeguarded. And when the time was up, they delivered them back to me safely too. I cannot thank them enough!

They even provided me with bubble wrap and other packing supplies to ensure everything was well-protected. The delivery was also on time, which was a huge relief for me. They were very respectful and considerate of my valuables.
