I explained the layout I wanted, and the movers followed it exactly. I felt like they listened, which doesn’t always happen. Everything fit neatly and safely, and I was able to access everything easily later. That kind of detail really helped.

Read More I was going to use the company, and then realized they had no rating with the BBB. Since my email was not accepted on the original cancellation date, the third-party mover called. They were going to pick up days before the move, but the sale of my home fell through, and I had nowhere to move. I again called United Express and they said the email had to be sent to info@united... I sent the email, but it was after the 72-hour cancellation deadline. They are still billing me, despite the services not being rendered.
