Read More United Express Moving & Storage movers were fantastic. They took great care of my special things, like my appliances and fragile dishes, even making custom crates for them. They used special tools to move them without any risk of damage. Even when the weather was bad, they stayed cool and calm and made sure nothing got wet or ruined. They were awesome from beginning to end and they worked hard and fast. They were very respectful and treated my things as if they were their own. I was very happy with their service and I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Read More After contracting their services, the price they quoted for my move doubled. Now I sit here in my new home, and I have to reach out to them to find out my belongings won't arrive for another 10-12 days. They placed my things in storage without any contact from them, and it will sit there for another week before getting loaded onto another truck to arrive here 10 or 11 days after they promised delivery. So I have to live without all of my things for nearly two more weeks. Not only is this a breach of contract but it is highly unethical and unprofessional. My next step will be to contact my attorney and the better business bureau to report them for fraud and unkept promises. I'll be living out of a suitcase for 11 or 12 more days. Your company should be ashamed of themselves for the way you misrepresent your business to your customers. If they attempt to charge me storage fees that were never agreed upon, a lawsuit will be filed and all of the contacts will be listed.
