Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
The level of service I got really floored me. The group showed up promptly, and they worked quite quickly. They cared for our delicate furniture, covering it with padding and blankets. I strongly suggest it!
Movers were punctual, attentive, and skilled. They protected my crystal flower pot with lots of padding. They updated me frequently about the transfer while I was on hospital duty that day, and their communication was excellent. My belongings arrived in perfect condition.
After the movers delivered my furniture and electrical appliances, I wasn’t sure who to contact for setting up those things since I was new to town. But the moving crew graciously offered help and reinstalled my bed-set, television and refrigerator so I could use them immediately. They did that without charging me anything! It was a great experience!
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
The movers did a great job keeping the relocation on track. They used proper care with bulky furniture and made sure smaller boxes stayed organized. The delivery and unloading went smoothly.
They flawlessly executed our business move, which was no small task considering the number of things and procedures involved. This is the first time I've experienced such assistance. I have nothing but praise for United Express Moving & Storage and will hire them again.
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United Express Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
