What a fast-moving team! Brandon and the gang moved my leather couch and got it up the stairs into my new place in FL without any problems. The customer service was great, and I'll definitely use them again.
I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.
We were pleasantly surprised by how well United Express Moving & Storage handled our project. The guys were absolutely amazing; they blew our expectations out of the water!
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
Proceed with this company at own risk. I’m a disabled veteran. I don’t make very much money but when I put in my number for some Moving quotes, this company called me. I had already arranged for a U-Haul because I didn’t think I could afford movers the gentleman on the phone was very friendly and promised me the world, I gave him a very accurate description of what I had and he quoted me a little over 2000 somebody called me the day before I was scheduled to move and quoted me about 2000 more dollars after I had told him I should probably cancel because I can’t afford this! and if it costs more when the movers show up I will have to cancel. the first person on the phone told me I could get my money back because they wouldn’t want a bad Review. Moving day movers showed up said it would cost $10,000! That the broker company did not include the packing of the mirrors, the televisions and other items which were clearly in the quoted sheet! The price for just the stuff they quoted me probably would’ve been around $7000 plus an extra three for extra stuff and they would not be able to move the trailer that I was also told would be moved. When I called, I could not get a hold of anyone because it was Sunday. I had to cancel and of course I called Monday morning to get my money back to hear them say very rudely that I was SOL. Proceed with this company very carefully. I’m so disappointed that I’m literally in contact with the news agency who will probably pick up the story! You guys messed up! I really hope that 2100$ was worth it to you! Because it meant a lot to me and your employees knew it because I expressed it the entire time.
