Very, very rude and unprofessional movers showed up to pack my things. They demanded extra payment in cash on top of the fees we had already paid and could not articulate ... They demanded extra payment in cash on top of the fees we had already paid and could not articulate why they needed the additional money. They tried to convince me many times to throw out multiple pieces of furniture because they didn’t want to load them onto the truck. My stuff is now missing, Top Nation can’t tell me where it is or how to contact the actual moving company, and I’m pretty sure I will never receive my things. All of my furniture, clothing, electronics, instruments, and keepsakes are gone, probably permanently. I have called Top Nation and a very rude representative named Justin has belittled and hung up on me and my mother when we asked for information about the location and expected delivery of my things. Save yourself the heartache. Do not use Top Nation.

Our stuff which we were told would take approximately 7-10 days to arrive, is still sitting at a warehouse, three weeks later. I called and was told to take it up with the carrier. Your phone rep is the one who told me what would happen, so this is a carrier you use chose not me. If they are not going to follow through on the promises you make, then maybe you shouldn't use them, because they will cost you. I will never use you again.
