Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
When I told the team I was allergic to numerous cleaning products, they promised not to damage my belongings. They also inquired about the thorough instructions for my piano, a family heirloom. That level of care is rare. The move was finished early and without any damage. 5-star service.
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
Do not read there inflated reviews they are bait and switch company. They will give you one price then contact you the day prior and say you need to pay more. They send third party movers in rented Penske trucks who have no clue what they are there to do then ask you to pay with cash app. If you want to use a major credit card they ask you to pay an ambulatory service company. Avoid this company at all costs. They have zero customer service and will just laugh and mock you. An absolute joke of a company
I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
The movers kept in touch with us at every stage and accommodated our last-minute schedule changes. 100% recommended!
We’d postponed our move multiple times due to renovations, and this company was super flexible with rescheduling. They never charged us extra fees for shifting dates. When the day finally came, they arrived on time, got a quick rundown of our furniture and boxes, and sprang into action. I was impressed by their adaptability and how they rolled with our changing timelines. They turned what could have been a scheduling nightmare into a relaxed experience. Everything arrived in one piece, and we were glad we chose them.
Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
Upon arrival, they followed a checklist. The team used antistatic material to cover my gaming gear, speakers, and TV. Brandon protected my mattress and loaded my bookshelf onto the truck first to prevent pressure. They clearly labeled my rice cooker and utensils.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United Express Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
