Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
We relocated our family home, and the movers treated every box and piece of furniture with care. Super respectful to our space, too. They even wore shoe covers inside, which I appreciated.
My experience with United Express Moving & Storage was outstanding from start to finish. They handled my cross-town apartment move in a fraction of the time I expected. Every box and piece of furniture arrived in perfect condition, and the crew stayed friendly and professional throughout. I've already decided they'll be my first call if I ever need to move again.
Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
Special care was given to my glass shelves and television. The movers wrapped them thoroughly, carried them gently, and placed them exactly where I wanted them in the new home. I really appreciated their patience and careful handling.
I hired United Express Moving & Storage for my apartment move, and they exceeded expectations. They arrived promptly, packed everything with care, and carried heavy items easily. The whole day went smoother than I ever imagined it would.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
Moving my small apartment seemed like a nightmare, but it went so smoothly. The movers navigated stairs, carried my sofa without a mark, and made the whole experience surprisingly pleasant. I enjoyed the day.
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United Express Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
