They knocked it down $3200 after we said something. Here we are the day of the move and can’t get in touch with anyone. We are finding out now they are doing this to a lot of people.

Tom called 4 days before the move to do a completely new quote and more than doubled the price, telling me that my 27 gallon boxes that I was using were 10 cubic ft, and i was quoted on my initial quote for 5 cf boxes. I had to tell Tom that 27 gallon boxes are 5 cf and he was incorrect and trying to double my cf size, so then he dropped the cost down to $8800. I did add an estimated 427 cf from my initial quote, which would have been an additional $1700 at their $4 per cf price, and Alissa told me that the extra $1100 was for the phone call that 4 days before the move as they "don't work for free, and i could Google it, as that is the industry standard." I fired them and found Upack 4 days before the move. It was a bait and switch with Rhett and Tom from Zenith. Then they offered a 20% refund if i signed and NDA saying I wouldn't post online, give a review on them, or say anything to anyone about this.
