Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
A squat rack, plates, a bench, and mats. The movers broke down the rack carefully. Bolts went into labeled bags. Plates were stacked safely. They carried the bench without dragging it. At the new place, they reassembled everything correctly.
The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.
I was relocating from one state to another. The team planned the route, loaded my belongings, and kept all things secure the entire trip. They didn’t rush but stayed efficient the whole day. The delivery arrived exactly when promised. I couldn’t have asked for better service.
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
We had to move to a small cottage outside the state last month. The movers handled the moving proves with care and kept a good pace throughout the day. They packed my items in a way that made unpacking simple. I appreciated how they asked before moving certain boxes that looked fragile. The whole move felt good from start to finish. I’d trust United Express Moving & Storage and their team again for sure.
From my point of view, the best part was how punctual the team stayed. I had arranged a move for a small retail space, and they arrived exactly when promised. They handled display stands and packed merchandise without rushing. I’d gladly use their service again.
The movers did a great job keeping the relocation on track. They used proper care with bulky furniture and made sure smaller boxes stayed organized. The delivery and unloading went smoothly.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United Express Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
