Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. The communication throughout the process was excellent — I always knew where things stood. Moving long-distance can be stressful, but GM Van Lines made it smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

They were really careful with everything, and we were really impressed with how they loaded and unloaded our stuff. We're really happy with their hard work! But when Jones was unpacking my sofa, he didn't care about my new wooden floor and made scratches on it. I was very worried, but he was super apologetic for that.
